The
One Nugget Report from The Project Management Advisor™Happy New Year Colleagues! I have received feedback
from a number of my readers about the content and frequency of my
newsletters. Many of the comments have been about me writing
shorter, more frequent nuggets that you can read in just a couple of
minutes. So beginning with this issue I will do a shorter
weekly report with only one topic which I am calling (hold on to
your hats for this creative brainstorm!) The One Nugget
Report. I hope that my reports bring value to
your daily journey as leaders and that even just one nugget makes its way into your vocabulary.
In this environment many of you are contemplating job changes or are
in the very unfortunate situation of having to look for a new job.
For those of you in this situation I truly hope that you are able to
land in the perfect job and you'll enjoy a long and fruitful career
at your future employer.
I have talked with many professionals in the past few months who are
having to update their CV. One key piece of advice I have been
giving is the subject of this issue's article: Don't embellish your
credentials. In this excerpt from
The Truth
About Getting Your Point Across...And Nothing But The Truth I
discuss this swimming-with-sharks practice that too many
professionals partake in only to take a credibility hit when they
are found out. Check out the article
here.
I'm getting great response to my complimentary seminars, webcasts, and resources. Have you taken advantage of them yet? Get your complimentary content at http://www.project-management-seminar.com.
